Personal Financial Readiness
The JBAB MFRC Financial Readiness Program’s mission is to assist individuals and families in attaining financial security throughout their lives. We offer an in-class or one-on-one setting for all members of the military community.
We provide the following:
Preventative Education: We help you develop financial goals and improve money management skills needed to be financially ready for the challenges of military and adult life. Common topics include PCS/deployment readiness, purchasing a vehicle, moving out of the dorms, getting married or divorced, and planning for a new baby.
Crisis Education: If you are experiencing a financial crisis such as an emergency, death of a loved one, or stressful credit loads we can help you develop a workable budget or a debt management plan.
Proactive Education: Learn about how to effectively plan for your long-term financial security and wellness. We’ll help you feel more prepared in planning for long-term goals such as retirement, home buying, education financing.
Financial Workshops and Events
We offer a variety of personal financial workshops which can be taken at the MFRC, Virtually or at your location. Workshops and Events are open to all ID card holders.
